The polyurethane sandwich panel production line integrates functions such as uncoiling, cutting, butt welding, film coating, ribbing/forming, preheating, foaming, continuous curing, cutting, stacking, and packaging. It has a high degree of automation and stable performance.
Panel forming area: Composed of upper and lower roll forming equipment and quick-change mechanism, it can produce various shapes of panels to meet the diverse needs of customers.
Foaming area: Composed of polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine, pouring machine, and double-belt laminator.
The polyurethane feeding and foaming machine is equipped with an electronic metering device and an automatic feeding system, ensuring that the raw materials are completely mixed according to the ratio.
Spraying evenly: The double-belt machine is equipped with a precise temperature control system and reliable foaming process, ensuring uniform and dense foaming, and firm adhesion of the panels.
Sawing area: Composed of a follow-up sawing machine and edge milling machine, completing the cutting of the panels to the required length.
Stacking and packaging area: Composed of fast conveyor rollers, automatic flipping, stacking, and packaging system, performing functions such as conveying, flipping, moving, and packaging of the panels. It improves the efficiency of the polyurethane sandwich panel production line and ensures good packaging effects, preventing damage to the products during production and transportation.
Automatic control system: The polyurethane sandwich panel production line is equipped with a control system with a user-friendly interface for easy operation and monitoring. Advanced computer control makes parameter adjustments convenient, effectively ensuring stable and efficient operation of the polyurethane sandwich panel production line. The polyurethane sandwich panel production line mainly consists of two sets of uncoilers, a cross-cutting machine for steel faceplates, a PVC film covering device for stainless steel surfaces, roll forming machines (3 sets), a lifting platform, a preheating chamber, a polyurethane injection and foaming system, an automatic panel cutting system, and a cooling system, as well as an automatic stacker.
Foaming and curing double-belt hydraulic control system (24 meters long) with 4 side nylon sealing blocks for wall and roof panels.
Uses a hot air circulation oven to strictly control the polyurethane foaming and solidification temperature.
Production capacity of this line: 3-8m/min; panel width: 800-1000MM, panel thickness: 30-150mm.
Total power: about 150 kilowatts, pouring and foaming working pressure: 150-200bar (high-pressure foaming).
Effective length of the double belt: 24M.
