Currently, rock wool products are widely used in construction, metallurgy, shipbuilding, power and other fields. The system structure of rock wool mainly includes: bonding layer, insulation layer, plastering layer, decorative layer, and accessories. The bonding layer belongs to the building, located between the bottom layer and the ground. The rock wool machine mainly uses adhesive materials to firmly bond the upper and lower layers together. Although rock wool is widely used in daily life, many people still do not understand the production process of rock wool. Below, we will introduce its components.
A rock wool production line is mainly made of mineral fiber cotton (including fly ash cotton, basalt cotton, and slag cotton) as the main raw material. The rock wool board production line uses an electronic weighing automatic feeding system to melt the raw materials in a closed furnace. After fiberization by a centrifuge, an appropriate amount of binder is added, and then sent to a curing furnace for plate production through a concentrator, swing cotton machine, and pre-press machine. The product is then cooled, cut, recovered, and packaged by an automatic stacking machine.
The melting part is composed of a melting furnace, a four-roller rock wool centrifuge, and a feeder. The blast furnace is used to melt rocks (slag), and its furnace body is equipped with a cooling water circulation system to ensure the safety of the blast furnace. It is equipped with a hot air system preheated by its own furnace temperature, so the equipment of the rock wool production line can save energy effectively. It adopts a single-row porous structure with a wind volume regulating valve and easy operation.
The tank furnace is made of refractory materials and then natural gas is sprayed into the tank, and the raw materials are melted with a spray gun. The four-roller centrifuge is the main equipment for producing rock wool and slag cotton. The produced four-roller centrifuge is split type, and the position of the wheels can be adjusted. It has the characteristics of reliable operation, high efficiency, good fiber quality, and convenient maintenance.
The cotton collecting box of the rock wool machine adopts a vertical cotton collecting function. The molten rock flow is spun into fibers by the centrifugal spinning machine and then blown into the cotton collecting machine. Negative pressure air pulls the fibers onto the mesh belt, forming the original cotton felt. The mesh belt transports the original felt to the cotton cloth machine to produce cotton cloth. The thickness of the cotton spinning layer is uniform, which can significantly improve the product quality.
The plate making part is composed of a cotton cloth machine, solidification forging machine, cooling and cutting machine, driving force, and hot air furnace.
Rock wool production line's solidification forging
Solidifying forging is an equipment used to shape the product. After the cotton felt that was discarded by the cotton cloth machine is transported to the solidified forging device, it moves forward between the upper and lower chain belts. The hot air blower blows hot air into the cotton felt in the vulcanizing mold to solidify the cotton felt.
Cutting machine for rock wool production lines
The function of the cutting machine is to first cut the solidified product longitudinally and then horizontally.
