1. Common non-detachable connections of roll forming machine include welding, riveting and interference connections, etc. Among them, interference connection is often used as shaft and hole fit. To realize the interference connection, methods such as press-fit, thermal expansion fit, and cold shrink-fit are commonly used. General spring machines can use a press-fitting method, and important or precise machines use thermal expansion and cold shrinkage fitting methods.

2. The connected parts can be detachably connected without damaging any parts and can be reconnected after disassembly.

Common detachable connections include threaded connections, key connections, and pin connections. Among them, the threaded connection is widely used. The quality of the threaded connection has a lot to do with the assembly process. The tightening force of each bolt, the tightening sequence between multiple bolts, and the balance of tightening force should be based on the shape of the connected parts and parts of the computer spring machine and the distribution and force of the bolts.
