I. Before starting, check whether the main engine is complete, whether the belt is loose, whether the electrical is loose, and whether the electrical grounding is good.
II. Check whether the connecting bolts of the shaking table frame, mold box and slide block, vibrator and ram beam, feeding sets, and mainframe are loose.
III. Check the moving parts and add lubricating oil according to the lubrication requirements.
IV. No-load operation of the vibrator is prohibited.
V. At the end of each day's work, all parts of the machine shall be in the initial state, and all parts of the roll forming machine shall be cleaned to prevent concrete from setting on the machine, but the machine shall not be cleaned with water.
VI. The vibration device and reducer shall be regularly replaced with lubricating oil and maintained. The vibration device shall be disassembled, inspected, cleaned, and replaced at least once in half a year.
VII. The electrical control cabinet and electrical control parts should be protected from moisture, sun, and dust.
VIII. Check the size of the bottom plate and do not use the unqualified one to avoid jamming and damaging the roll forming machine.
