Before painting the rock wool production line, check whether the type, model, and specifications of the paint meet the requirements of the construction technology conditions.
Before painting rock wool production lines, the basic composition, performance, and construction methods of the coating should be understood, and appropriate painting tools should be selected according to the coating's construction requirements.
During the painting of the rock wool production line, there will be different degrees of precipitation because of variations in the proportion of different components in the coating. Therefore, the paint should be stirred until it is uniform before coloring.
Generally, the paint has been adjusted to a viscosity suitable for factory construction and does not require dilution.

For large-diameter equipment flat walls or rock wool production lines insulation board products, insulation nails above 200℃ should be added, and the outer protective covering (spacing 400mm) should be tightly aligned.
When an insulating object is placed vertically, it has a considerable height. There should be locating pins or bearing rings in the insulation layer, and the spacing should not exceed 3 meters to prevent the insulation material from sliding during vibration.
For outdoor applications, attention should be paid to insulation for the rock wool boards in rock wool production lines, and construction should not be carried out in the rain. Otherwise, rain protection measures should be taken.
At the same time, when using rock wool boards for construction, operators should wear labor protection equipment, do a good job of occupational health protection, and pay attention to construction safety.
