Raw Material Processing System


This system is the primary part of the rock wool production line, handling and preparing the raw materials for rock wool. The commonly used raw material for rock wool is rock, which is converted into raw material powder through crushing and grinding processes. The raw material processing system also includes mixing, grading, and conveying equipment to ensure uniform and continuous supply of raw materials.


Melting System

Fiber Forming System


This system is used to orient and arrange the rock wool fibers to form the shape and structure of the products. The fiber forming system mainly consists of a spraying process and forming modules. Rock wool fibers are evenly sprayed onto the forming modules through the spraying equipment, and then undergo compression, compaction, and curing processes, allowing the rock wool production line to form boards, pipes, or other shapes of products with a certain thickness and density.


Curing System


Following the fiber forming system is the curing system, which is used to cure and harden the molded rock wool products. The curing system primarily consists of ovens and steam or hot air circulation systems. Molded rock wool products are sent into the ovens, where controlled temperature and time allow the evaporation of moisture and the curing of structures, thereby enhancing the strength and stability of the products from the rock wool production line.


Cutting & Packaging System


This system is used to cut and package cured rock wool products according to different sizes. The cutting & packaging system mainly consists of automatic cutting equipment and packaging machines. Rock wool boards or pipes are cut by automatic cutting equipment and then packaged by the packaging machines for easy transportation and sales.
