In winter, the maintenance of color steel tile forming machine is relatively concerned by the majority of color steel tile forming machine equipment users, because the service life of the machine depends on the correct use and maintenance. The daily maintenance of the equipment of the color steel tile forming machine plays a decisive role in the service life of the equipment. Therefore, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the equipment in daily use. The equipment maintenance is generally divided into three main parts.

1. Mechanism maintenance of tile forming machine

2. Electric control part maintenance of tile forming machine

Traditional tile forming machines use contact relays to switch various operations. They often fail due to loose contact screws and aging contacts. Usually, they should be replaced after one million times of use to ensure the stability of the electronic control. In particular, environmental factors such as dust adhesion and air humidity will also affect the machine's operation.

On the contrary, modern tile forming machine adopts contactless integrated circuits, which greatly reduces the connection of wires, significantly reduces the undesirable phenomena caused by the wires, and improves the stability.

3. Hydraulic part maintenance of the tile forming machine

In the hydraulic system, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil to maintain the quality of the hydraulic oil, and hydraulic oil with good stability and high quality should be used. In addition to regular replacement, the operating temperature should be properly controlled below 50 degrees Celsius to avoid deterioration of the stability of the hydraulic action.
