Polyurethane Foaming and Composite


The rock wool board with glue applied is conveyed into the continuous production line of the polyurethane board, sequentially undergoing processes such as pouring, foaming, and curing. During this process, the liquid polyurethane evenly covers the upper and lower surfaces of the rock wool board and penetrates into it, forming a continuous closed-cell structure polyurethane waterproof isolation layer. Meanwhile, the self-adhesive property of polyurethane allows it to bond tightly with the rock wool board, forming an intruding physical interlock.


Cutting and Finished Product


The cured composite panel undergoes a cutting process, cut to predetermined dimensions to form standard polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool panels. The final panels are flat with precise dimensions, meeting the high standards of construction requirements.
