The polyurethane sandwich panel production line can produce panels in standard plug-in flat, concealed wall panels, and corrugated roof panels (panel shapes can be customized according to customer requirements). The insulation materials are polyurethane, rock wool, and glass wool used in metal-faced thermal insulation sandwich panels for construction.
The polyurethane sandwich panel production line includes complete sets of equipment such as color steel plate uncoiling, profiling, feeding (steel plate, polyurethane or rock wool), double-belt forming, product cutting, conveying, stacking, cooling, and packaging. It employs a microcomputer length-measuring device and new on-site communication bus technology to achieve continuous automatic control of the entire polyurethane sandwich panel production line, making the production line easy to operate and reliable in performance. It is the ideal equipment for producing metal-faced polyurethane or rock wool sandwich panels.
The polyurethane, rock wool/glass wool, polyurethane edge-sealing rock wool/glass wool sandwich panel production line is used to manufacture industrial and civil building materials with insulation, soundproofing, waterproofing, fire resistance, and decorative properties—known as polyurethane sandwich panels and rock wool sandwich panels.
The polyurethane sandwich panel production line first presses the upper and lower layers of high-strength metal plates into shape. The subsequent processes after the steel plates are shaped can follow three different procedures:
One method is to directly pour liquid high-pressure polyurethane between the upper and lower steel plates. The polyurethane foam is foamed and formed through a double-belt machine, followed by length-cutting to the desired size. After curing, it becomes the finished polyurethane sandwich panel.
The second process involves applying glue to the upper and lower steel plates, filling the space between with rock wool or glass wool core material. The steel plates and core material adhere and form through the double-belt machine, followed by length-cutting to the desired size to form the finished rock wool/glass wool sandwich panel after curing.
The third process involves filling the space between the upper and lower steel plates with rock wool or glass wool core material, then applying glue to the steel plates. Polyurethane is poured and foamed on both sides. The steel plates and core material adhere and form through the double-belt machine, followed by length-cutting to the desired size to form the polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool/glass wool sandwich panel. The sandwich panel is an ideal new multifunctional building and decoration material.
The sandwich panel possesses excellent properties such as insulation, waterproofing, fire resistance, decoration, and load-bearing. It can be used in various industrial buildings and public buildings such as industrial plants, supermarkets, large warehouses, wide-span roofs, cold storage, temporary buildings, and also for decorating various cold storage rooms, clean rooms, and air-conditioning rooms.
Due to its lightweight, high strength, beautiful appearance, good insulation performance, easy construction, and short construction period, the sandwich panel has become a relatively ideal new building material widely used in modern construction materials.
