The surface layer spreads polystyrene particle insulation slurry to level, and the lightweight leveling layer overcomes the problem that the load on the rock wool board surface should not be too large, and also adds multiple new functions to the leveling layer material, making it of light weight, flame-retardant, fireproof, crack-resistant and cost-reducing features. The anti-cracking protection layer is composed of anti-cracking mortar composite coating-plastic alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh cloth, which has good anti-cracking performance, and the elasticity primer that can effectively prevent water from entering when brushing, and the flexible water-resistant putty and elastic coating are coated on the surface.
When the temperature is higher than 200°C during the rockwool production line, the insulation layer should be appropriately protected to prevent changes in the thickness and bulk density of the insulation layer caused by thermal expansion. For large-scale rock wool equipment insulation, insulation nails are required. For insulation layers with a certain height and placed vertically, there should be locating pins or support rings to prevent the insulation material from slipping during vibration.
