The EPS sandwich panel production line is welded with H-shaped steel and the surface is treated with shot blasting, which makes the overall structure simple and stable.
The transmission of the continuous laminating body adopts a worm gear and worm transmission to stabilize and control the production speed. Using advanced frequency control, the continuous laminating body can be cut to a fixed length.
There are three sets of heating systems to adapt to the ambient temperature in different places.
The glue supply system is driven separately. It adopts horizontal composite and evenly coated with glue, without any pollution.
The continuous bonding body is long, which can ensure the flatness of the sandwich panel
The cutting system has a long moving stroke, which prolongs the service life of the tool.
This EPS sandwich panel production line is composed of a rolling forming machine and a laminating machine. It adopts international rolling forming technology, composite transmission technology, pneumatic and electro-hydraulic control technology. The whole EPS panel production line only needs 6-7 workers.
The entire sandwich panel production line consists of two parts: the rolling forming part and the laminating machine part.
Rolling forming part
The rolling forming machine is composed of hydraulic unwinding machine, guidance system, film pasting system, flat vertical cutting system, rolling forming system, panel support frame, and auxiliary forming machine.
Bonding body
This part consists of a guiding device, bonding body, cutting system, glue applying system, support device and electrical control system.
With the help of the EPS sandwich panel production line, corrugated sandwich panels can be produced directly, without the disadvantages of traditional corrugated sandwich panels, which must be manually laminated after the corrugated sheet is formed. In addition, the rolling forming machine and the laminating system can work independently.
